Every estimate is free and written down. We quote small jobs as readily as whole houses, which is most of the reason people call us a second time.
A person answers, Monday to Saturday, 7am to 6pm. If we are on a ladder, leave a message and you will get a call back the same day.
What happens next

You send what you have
A photo from your phone is enough. A drawing, a plan set or a contractor’s scope works too. If you are not sure what the thing is called, describe the room and we will work it out.
- 02
We come out and measure
Usually within a few days. We look at what is actually there, tell you what the job involves, and flag anything we suspect is hiding behind the wall.
- 03
You get it in writing
A written price, line by line, with allowances for anything we cannot see yet. Free, and you are under no obligation to use us.
